Thats using a background image. thead_bg.gif you can either replace the image.
Alternatively in the "Table Headers" section of the theme settings.

Delete this from the background box

url(images/thead_bg.gif) top left repeat-x

and replace the #026CB1 with the colour of your choice.

it won't change
mines like this
#955A85 u##026CB1rl(images/blackreign/thead_bg.gif) top left repeat-x

Delete all of that and just put #026CB1 of whatever colour you want.

so delete everything
and just put
color here u##026CB1

All you should have in the box is

#026CB1

so change #026CB1 with the color i want?
