While I was editing user groups I accidentally change my administrator account to user now I cannot login and don't have an administrator account.

How do I reset it?

go in to phpmyadmin and find you account file and change group

Ok so I go to my phpmyadmin and look under users, then change the user group value. The user group value is set 2 right now, what should I change it to?
