I like your theme alot, great job. By the way, incase you didn't know this already, you have a broken image code at the very bottom of the forum. It shows up in opera, not sure if it does in any other browsers.
The theme looks good. I would make the headlines box the same height as the welcome box since they are beside each other. The login box looks plain compared to the rest of the boxes. Also, on the welcome box, I would put alt text on the images or home, shout, community, and guides links. Shoutbox doesn't seem to be working on other pages.
A good forum .looks colorful and the design is good .I think people will like to stay there.I like it so much !
