My Font,Text Size and Flash menu this Menu is Unavailable at my forum,,,tell me how to add it?? and smilies are also not working !! u cant add smilies at my forum while posting ! Help me Out !

You seem to be missing many files. I'd suggest you reupload the entire MyBB package just to be sure you didn't miss any others.
