I'm sorry for the very n00b question, but I've been wondering how I can change around the existing template on my newly installed mybb software.

I haven't downloaded extra templates or anything -- I just would like to post my own logo on the message board.

It's a simple thing but I can't find where I can edit the template.

If you only want to change the logo log into your admin-cp and go to Themes -> Modify/Delete. Somewhere on the edit page you can choose the file which is shown as the logo.
