Let me preface this by saying that I'm very new to MyBB and I apologize if what I'm asking about is really basic. I have just started up a new forum and the one feature I can't find anything about in the admin cp is security and privacy.

I need my group to be completely private. Is there any way to hide the front page features like "Search", "Member List", "Calendar", "Help"? Or at least make those inaccessible to non-members? Is there something I can tweak to make the front page have as little information as possible aside from a login area?

Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

You can modify all of the permissions of usergroups via AdminCP => Users and Groups => Manage Groups. Just select the usergroup you want to modify and then edit permissions as your wish.
