I have said this in a previous thread of yours, you don't need to be over 18 to get a paid web host. I have an account with Ifastnet and they don't even ask for your name! all you need is a paypal account (which you just borrow your parents account and pay them back). And if worse comes to worse just close your eyes and click agree when it come's to the TOS. lol, is anyone here 18 yet? :p
