It should work with 1.2.13. You could always upgrade. Takes a couple of minutes.

Why not just get 1.2.14? There are only files changes so there won't be a need to update the database or anything. Why would you want an older version anyway?

You can download 1.2.13 although not the translated version from here though.

The differences between version 1.2.13 and 1.2.14 are so minor you won't notice them.

It's recommended to upgrade to *.14 because there has also been a security bug fixed.
