Hi, All,

When adding a new forum or sub-forum.
Modified permission won't be saved at this first time.

You will need to modified and save it again to get a correct permission
settings.

e.g.
1.) Create a forum and deselect all guess permissions.
2.) Save it, logout the board and go to index page
3.) The forum appears on index page.

4.) Go back to admin cp, edit forum permission and click save.
5.) Check it again and now it is hidden from view.

This bug has been fixed in our internal code repository. Please note that the problem will not be fixed here until these forums are updated.
