Well, since my forum i download the backup and in this format. zip if I want to change hosting, and upload the backup to another hosting with all the answers, members, posts, plugins and more?, what i need to do?

You use phpmyadmin to import the backup into the database you want your forum in.

Did you download a SQL backup? You need a backup of your database. I think MyBB lets you download this either as a .sql or tar.gz file. You may just have a file backup there since it's a .zip, so make sure you have a database backup too because without one you won't be able to restore your forums.
You can use the "Backup Database" option in your MyBB Admin CP to back up the database. You can also use PHPMyAdmin to make a database dump.
