Did you really start from the beginning and click each NEXT? It's very good tut.

i learned php from w3schools as well, did you install the apache, sql and php?
lol, no tutorial is going to magically teach you PHP if you don't read it. If you want to comprehensively learn PHP (or anything web related really) w3schools is the way to go. Sure it can get a bit tedious but you will learn it quickly. I picked up Javascript very quickly from them. I would also recommend going and buying a good PHP book Smile
No I did use w3 schools and I don't feel like going into details. Toungue
Well the one i wrote which i posted in my first post in this thread is pretty brief and covers the basics. Maybe give that a go.
Is there any particular aspect you're having trouble with?
I recall, that when I started programming/scripting, the hardest thing was overcoming the idea of how computers thought. Once I got the logic, all languages were easy to get.
From the looks of it, the W3 ones focus too much on syntax.
The best, IMO, way to get your head around the logic is to try things out yourself and look at other peoples' code.
Thats a bit hard cause if the effects arent visible then how will he/she know what it does.
