Supposedly we have members with specified numbers and names, and we register they by inputting their numbers for user name and inputting their names for display name.

So we don't want to input their names for username and like displayed their names (display name) in all over the forum (in welcome & Statistics & writer name & ...)

Now how can I do this?

I think that I can use usertitle field for this idea (display name), but don't know (for example) how can I call it for welcome message (and other) in template.

This is not an option in MyBB. You don't have a separate login and display name. The only way you could do this is modifying mybb for your needs your self.

Is this (modifying) very specialized? or I can do it with your help?

I don't know how php works that well but it would probably require a bit of work.
