today is 30th of July.how long the new version get public ?

As it's been said many many times.

It will be ready when it's ready. I mean you can even see there at least 3 bugs to still fix .

Also it's July 30th, Not June 30th

I've heard their hoping for this weekend.

MyBB 1.4 will be released this coming weekend.
