I am doing a new installation of a MyBB board and everything is going great, until I come to a question about cookie settings.

What do I enter as a cookie domain? and as a cookie path?

I did a search and found this but my forum URL is http://www.bemont.net/forum/index.php, not localhost, and I do not understand the discussion well enough to know how to adjust the advice in that other thread.
