On The Top Links Menu In The Theme Element Blue I Would Like Too Add My Rules Page Plugin But For It Too Appear On Top Links Where Do I Go About Changing This And How Do I Do It

Hi,
To add a link to the rules page, please follow the steps below:
Admin CP > Templates > Modify/Delete > *Template Name* > Go > Find the "header" template and click on it. You will now see the contents of the template, from there you can add a menu link by adding the link within the menu div (<div class="menu"></div>).
