That's the error i got, i set all the CHMOD and did everything. I only have 2 documents when i upload them, so it isn't possible to do the install using http://www.example.com/forums/install

So what can i do or where can i get the install file?

You should have only upload the content of the Upload folder; not the folder + content.
First move everything from the Upload folder into your forums folder.

At the moment your install folder is located at http://www.idevelope.co.cc/forums/Upload/install/

You probably notice the ./Upload/ folder in the link above; After you've moved all the files to your 'forums' folder your install folder should be located at http://www.idevelope.co.cc/forums/install/

Yeah but that doesn't work, with the upload/install.

First try; then complain. Your install dir now is > http://www.idevelope.co.cc/forums/install/index.php
