Are you asking if you have been confirmed as a beta tester yet?
You'll know when you see the download forum for 1.4 beta. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they would close signups since the final is planned to be released this weekend.

Wow! This weekend? Awesome! I was was wondering if it was going to be released on schedule. As I'm getting ready to open a new site and was debating to use 1.2.14 and upgrade later or use a forum script that already has a warning system as I needed it ASAP.
