i am not able to uprage my site to 1.4 beta4

The requested URL /install/upgrade.php was not found on this server.

Why there isn't upgrade.php in this versiyon?

This file is in the archive. Try do upload it again.

I have a question.
I am not able to deactivate sitemap generator plugin. When i try to deactivate I get this error :
MySQL error: 1091
Can't DROP 'canrunsitemapgen'; check that column/key exists
Query: ALTER TABLE mybb_adminoptions DROP canrunsitemapgen

Will it be problem with upgrading to 1.4 when it is released?

i asked two times, but even plugin writer didn't answer..

Well, when you get an error the plugin can't drop a field because it doesn't exist, add it then
