Upgrading Requirement

So what the 'p' stand for?

Apologies, it is RC2

It was an almost completed version of MyBB 1.0. It doesn't have anything to do with 1.2.13.
Either you have 1.2.13 or RC2.
Which one are you trying to upgrade from?
