I've looked all in the options of Mybb 1.4 but can't seem to find the option that gives the editor a Microsoft Office 2007 look like this forum.

Can any give me a hint where to find it at?

You can change this in the theme options.

Themes -> Edit Theme -> scroll down to "Edit Theme Properties", 5th option
