I think this may be my fault.
I set Cookie Domain and Cookie Path when I probably should'nt have.
Cookie Domain: .me.myhost.net <--- using free hosting
Cookie Path: /forum/

Now I can't log in from any login area be it the forum, or portal.
It does tell me I have done so though.
You have successfully been logged in.
We are now taking you back to where you came from.
But in fact, I am not logged in.
How do I fix this?

change you cookie path just to a single slash "/" see if that works.

Problem is, I can't log in to change it LOL
So I am guessing I need to pull the file via FTP and edit that way?

No you should be able to log into your admin CP by using the admin CP url. I have had this problem, even though I can't log into the actual forums I can still log into the admin CP go to your forums then put /admin and log into admin cp from there. Then simply do what I stated above.
