I upgrade my forum from 1.2.14 to 1.4 and now it says that there are no members on the site but there is. If I go to the ACP then it shows them. How can I fix this?

Please run the "Find Updated Templates" tool under the Templates page in the ACP. This should assist you in upgrading your themes to work with MyBB 1.4.

I had the same problem. And I suggest you do as Tikitiki says. It works, believe me. And a tip, you can revert more than one template at a time. When it has started to revert one, just click on another one and chose revert on that one too and click yes on the box that comes up.
revert it to oringal and it work
