Hello,
As they are saying that a picture worth thousands words. As soon as I've finished installation I've got this:
Change your board URL in the Admin CP.

Thanks for replying but where exactly to do so !?
Hi, I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error on http://itoverdose.com/mybb/cache/themes/...global.css which is causing the issue.

Please make sure your /cache/ as well as all files and folders within it have permissions to be viewed. Please contact your host if you don't know how or are having trouble fixing it. They will be better able to assist you.

Configuration > general configuration. Make sure all the settings there are correct.

At least, that's what I think what's wrong with it...
