Login as a member and after the second posting, it came things like it make an

instead of produce a new post. When I relog as an Admin, it function as usual. Is there a bug?

I think you're talking about the post auto-merge feature. If a user makes two posts within a certain amount of time (adjustable in the admin cp) of each other without anyone else posting between it merges the two posts together and (by default) puts a horizontal rule there.
