do you need a exsisting forum to get mybb 1.4 or no?

You can set up a new copy and install it.

i just did that using 000webhost but webhost isnt working right, do u know any other free webhosts?

or www.110MB.com <only MyBB 1.4 with SQLite database>

110MB is best, they support everthing 5 GB Space, 300GB Bandwidth, fast servers, what they don't support is Free MySQL database and Sendmail();
