my forum is up and running but, it only works like this

i tired chageing it and that didnt work, any ideas why?

You uploaded the whole 'Upload Folder' ( folder + content )
You only needed to upload the content of the 'Upload Folder'; move everything from the Upload folder into your root folder (probably 'public_html').
And recheck your 'Board URL' in your settings.
