It does not even run MyBB!

For some reason I have a suspicion of this "member" being a bot. However I am unsure as Google doesn't turn up any results for his screen name.

He now does seem like a bot, he only wants members to his site and this site has a section for MYBB only.

Ooo, he was banned. I sure hope he was a bot and not an actual member.
