everytime I tr to edit post get this

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'findingj_mybb.mybb_MY_TABLE_PREFIXposts' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT subject, message, uid FROM mybb_MY_TABLE_PREFIXposts WHERE pid=1185

Please deactivate or remove any plugins that aren't compatible with MyBB 1.4.

i deactive them and still saying error

how do i do that I had it loaded by someone else.

should I remove the plugins they still on their but deactivated
