Hey,
I have created a second administrator account, but when I try to edit the root admin, it comes up with this error:

Quote:You do not have permission to edit this user because you are not a super administrator.

Is there a way to make an account a super administrator?

Also, is there a way to have a kind of "Auto RSS Bot" which posts feeds from an RSS feed into a specific forum?

Yes, open up your config.php and find this line:

$config['super_admins'] = '1';

Add your uid to the list (the list is separated by commas)

thanks tikitiki i was spending like 30 minutes this morning looking through this morning through all the admin files but it turns up in the config.php file
