I've moved host and setup my backup database and ftp'd everything up to the host but I can't see where I need to adjust the settings to the database and the files (themes etc) see each other ?
Did you edit inc/config.php?

Put the updated databse detials in yes but I just get "$forumdir is invalid!". I know with other forums that you need to edit the path to the theme too but I can't find this anywhere ?
Do the sites have to be started from scratch if you have a problem with a host and have to move ?
u just need to update ur forum url in your mybb settings in case the domain have been changed

Yes I'v e founnd the problem now. Non of 7 database backups work without errors on 177
