I think that it's a good idea to add options for banned IPs, not only trash, but for example edit option. Actually in MyBB 1.4 only trash is avaliable.
Banned IPs (as well as disallowed email addresses and disallowed usernames) are so simple, there's no need to ever edit one because you can just add another one and/or delete the old one.

Yes, but sometimes you need add IP range based on one IP that you've added before, so edit option will be very useful.
