What plugin makes the "Latest News" and "Are you on the MyBB Mailing List" boxes on the index page? I have been searching for it but I can't find it anywhere.

I would like to know this too. It would be very helpful.

It worked for me on 1.4.

There is a old mod "Latest new" for 1.1.9 i hope someone make it for 1.4
