Hello, im a new user on this community, but no in the forums system, and i have a sugestion,

---When anybody solicity support, only says this:
Blablablabla, www.mysite/forum .

My sugestion, obligatory details when anybody want support,

• URL
  
• Template
  
• Version
  
• Plugins Instaled

It'd be nice, but one of the problems is how many people will follow that?

We basically already have the rules in place. But not all questions require the same information, but of course the URL and version are pretty much global. If there's additional information we need, we usually ask it on the thread, but yes it would be nice if people follow the rules that are already in place.
