This is hard to explain but, when posting a new thread it doesn't get shown on the index as the latest post not even if you post another post in that thread. But this does not happen to threads created before I upgraded to mybb 1.4. When you post new post in one of the old threads it's shown as the latest.

Figured out part of the problem. The problem is the cache, once you empty the cache and recount and rebuild, the problem is gone. But ow I have another problem one forum which has a few thread s is showing as if it had 0 thread and 0 posts.
Ok, weird enough is that you have to do this every time there's a new post it it's only working for some of the forums.
Change your cache settings in the ACP.
Didn't help.

Try rebuilding your cache or rebuilding and recounting your statistics.
Tried that, didn't help
The only thing it does is make the forum show less posts.
Well it's actually now showing the true amount.
Not really as a forum with a few threads now shows as having no threads and no posts.
