hi i want to updat my forum to 1.4 but how can i dot that without losing my old files and topics?

Use the upgrader [Wiki: Upgrading] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)

i uploaded everything and when i got tho that link for upgrade.php

but i get this message
