I just looked around and cant figure out how to delete a users post.

I'm sure its simple.

Is there anyway that we can edit the post .. like IMDB where they
put "censored" over some of the content ... things like that.

Do we have to load that plugin where .... it lets you log in as
any user ... ?

No. You can do a quick edit or full edit. Like you can with your own posts. You can also delete posts.
Just hit the "edit" button under the post you want to edit.

To delete the post, click the button below the post.

To edit the post, click the button below the post, and choose either "Quick Edit" or "Full Edit". Both options allow you to edit the entire post, but Full Edit allows you to also change other options and attachments.
