Anywhere someone is on my forum it always says "Unknown Location"

No. It just can't figure out where you are based on your IP address.

Actually it is a bug, and a fix has been released. Location has nothing to do with where you live, it's what forum page you are viewing. Search the 'Fixed Bugs' forum for the updated file.

Err there's another thread here somewhere with a link to a thread, I'll try and find it for you.

All you need to do is update your functions_online.php file with an updated version.
