Hi, I would like to know if there is any way of making my users' passwords visible to administrators or removing the encrypted password completely from the database.

I would apreciate any help given, also if it is simple and easy to follow.

That would make the forum vulnerable. The reason passwords are stored as MD5 hashes in the database is so that, in the even someone gets unauthorized read access to your database, they can't login without brute-forcing the hash, which, for good passwords, can take extremely long.

If you want to be able to login as another user, there is a mod for that, look in the mods section of this site.
