I would like to know what warning levels (plus what happens) and warning types (plus how much warning points added) you guys have. I can't think of a good one.

Here's something like what I would have:
Spam/Repeated Double posting - 2 infractions
Trolling/Flaming - 3 infractions
Repeated offense - 5 infractions
Signature/Small Violations - 1 infraction
Violating specific forum rule - warning PM
' ' Again - 1 infraction
Illegal/Adult Content (unwarily) - 5 infractions
' ' (warily) - ban
10 infractions - ban
