Report post to forum isn't supported for 1.2.x. I haven't had time to update it.
You could try and fix it yourself though. In the plugin file, find
getip()
Replace with:
get_ip()
Fatal error: Call to undefined function updateforumcount() in inc/plugins/reporttoforum.php on line 108

Released 1.2.1 at the same URL - fixes some installation issues, but if you already have RSS To Post 1.2.0 working, you do not need to upgrade.

In a few weeks I will get to it. Currently I have Portal Redirect and PM on Registration to update first.
