It's basically the same yes, you can add the header quite simply.

Set the #container width to like 900px, add some borders, add a nice background, and then add a nice header. It's all ya need.

The theme on this forum was only modified to make it match the main site. Other than that, it's the same.

The header makes my computer lag just a little
