Is there a way to make certain post icons only available to certain user groups? I have a locked icon I don't want other people using other than mods and admins.

Why can't you just lock the thread and that will give it a locked icon.

I can, but I made a specific post icon for locked topics, it's much more noticeable than the little tiny icon.

Well then just overwrite the default locked icon in the image directory of your mybb install

Or, perhaps theres a way to make it so when a topic is locked, it auto switches to a certain topic icon?

Tim's method seems much more efficient.

The icons directly to the left are the post icons, and the only problem with changing the locked icon to the left of them, I'd have to make a whole set of icons for each scenario.
