I've gotten a report by multiple viewers of my website that my forums index is giving them a blank white page.
This problem is only occurring for a small amount of people, I and other members/viewers are able to access the index without issues.
Anyone else having this problem or had a member/viewer report it? Any idea what could be the problem?

Not sure if the index.php at the end makes a difference. This seems to be happening with some people trying to access my forum, for others there isn't any problem with accessing the index.
It seems to only happen when they try to load the index, they can view threads and topics if a direct link is posted to it, also the index loads fine if they are in "lite" archive mode.
It might be a problem with your host
If it were a problem with the host, I would think everyone would be experiencing a problem and not a small minority.
My host is having a problem where people will get time out errors randomly. Your host may be having the same problem.
Xtreme2damax I have this same problem. Did you find a fix for this issue? I am using mysql5 with php5 and apache2.
If you have the online today plugin enabled or the SEO modification by Asad, disable one of them, preferably the online today plugin.
It seems there is a conflict somewhere between the SEO modification for Mybb 1.4 and the online today plugins.
