Hi,

i want to delete the "Edit Reason" - Plugin. But the input-form still exists. First I have uninstalled the Plugin, then i deleted the .php file.
I think you must edit a template and delete a code, but which one?

That's odd. It should have automatically deleted it when you uninstalled. I'll look into that.
