Now I want to know who allow me that I use his theme or plugins.
Please theme here.
One more thing Translators if they want I support their language too send them here.
One thing Themes please send me a screen shot in 120*120 if you can.
You can use anyone's plugins or themes since they are released publicly. If they ask for a credit, make sure it's there.

This isn't entirely accurate. It depends on how he is going to use them.
I, for one, do not want my plugins redistributed from any site other than my own or MyBB Mods.
