Hello, my forum isn't showing up on any internet explorers, some work some don't, and it works randomly, why is this happening, can you please help me out here

Loads fine for me in IE7 but I did notice a broken image link in header.
yeah it is weird it wasn't working the other day but it is now? and how come if you don't mind me asking is it that IE 7 or any internet explorer shows broken images, or extra lengths making the theme/forum looking not so good or not at its best state? is it to do with the scripting by any chance?
The image is broken in all browsers, but IE shows a red X, whereas Firefox doesn't show broken images at all.
