This problem only happened once I upgraded from 1.4 to 1.4.1. Even though the date format in the Admin CP is set to 'm-d-Y' and the time format is set to 'h:i A' (which should display as "08-18-2008, 12:35 AM"), the format displayed everywhere on the forums is

l, F jS, Y, h:i A

(ie. "Monday, August 18th, 2008, 12:35 AM"). This appears in the header after 'Current time:' and for the 'Last Post' column on the index and in forumdisplay. Does anyone know why this happened and how to fix this? There are no template modifications or plugins related to this, and this format is really long and unnecessary.

that could be a bug, i would check in the bug reports and see if thats in there

User CP --> Edit Options
Change your date and time format there.
