Is there any problem to discard css.php in 'header_include' Template?
I mean, link direclty .css files in a folder I uploaded them on 'header' section of my forum

with 'showthread.php', 'css.php' this is the most 'CPU usage killer' in my site stats...

This CPU usage thing it´s lower in 1.41 than 1.2x but I´m trying to reduce a little bit more Big Grin

You could allow it to use the cache like most of the forums running.
