When I go into the templates set... choose "footer" and hit full edit, the text shows up as grayed out. I checked my admin permissions and I have everything enabled...
Is there another way to edit my footers :/

If it matters, I was trying to add a counter in.

Can you not type there at all then??
No, I cannot type at all. I cannot copy the text either.
Please reupload all the files in admin/jscripts/ and try again.

Also please post what JavaScript errors you are getting, I see from your screenshot the Web Dev toolbar's trying to say something Wink
Ok, I will reupload them...my connection is very crappy right now so I have to wait.
I think Fay messed with something <_<.

But anyway, I looked in my JSError history and it says "Peeker is not defined"... I don't know JS, so I'm confused by that :p.

EDIT: I still can't edit anything, but I no longer get a JS Error
Make sure admin/jscripts/peeker.js is uploaded and not corrupted.
Well, I downloaded a fresh copy of MyBB 1.4.1 and uploaded that peeker.js
Closed Firefox, then reopened it and reentered the ACP... still can't edit it :/

Is there another way I could access this?
Please confirm, when you load that page you now don't receive a JS error, but you still can't edit the template?
Well, this time I got the error or "unterminated string literal"

And I still cannot edit the template :/

Should I try a different browser, a different Operating System?
Can you paste the exact error here, including file and line in the Javascript error?
