is there any cms for the mybb?? im curious to know if there is and what is it??

MyBB has a great search feature, you might want to give it a try.

MkPortal is the best for mybb integration.

when i did use the search i found that there was a minimum of 4 letters.

have you tried out Mkportal Smokey? It fits really nice with mybb.
